At Ulomma Medical, we pride ourselves on providing a trauma-informed, unhurried clinical experience. To ensure that every patient receives my full, undivided attention and the highest standard of physician-led care, we operate by a professional scheduling policy. When you book an appointment at the House of Beauty, that time is reserved exclusively for you, allowing us to maintain a calm, attentive, and safe environment for your aesthetic journey.
Appointment & Booking Policy
To secure your preferred date and time, a non-refundable booking deposit is required for all aesthetic services. This deposit confirms your commitment to your treatment plan and will be applied directly toward your total service balance on the day of your visit. For virtual telehealth consultations, payment is due in full at the time of scheduling. We recommend booking your follow-up treatments in advance to ensure consistency in your results and to maintain our standards of preventative care.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable; however, out of respect for our clinical staff and other patients waiting for care, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If an appointment is cancelled or moved with less than 48 hours' notice, the initial booking deposit will be forfeited. For "No-Show" appointments—where a client misses their visit without any prior communication—a fee of [Percentage]% of the scheduled service value will be charged to the card on file.
Refund & Late Arrival Policy
To maintain our "unhurried" philosophy, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled visit. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment time or a required reschedule to protect the experience of the patients following you. Regarding our results: as aesthetic medicine is an art grounded in individual biological response, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, we are deeply committed to your satisfaction and will work closely with you to adjust your treatment plan to achieve your desired, natural-looking goals.
